Our vacate cleaning service takes the stress out of moving day, ensuring your property is left immaculate and ready for inspection. We provide reliable, high-standard move-out cleans for units, apartments, townhouses and homes, meticulously detailing every room to ensure it meets strict real estate handover requirements. Whether you are a tenant securing your bond, an owner preparing a property for the market or a property manager, we tailor our clean to suit your specific layout.
What's Included in the Standard Price
✔ Living/Bedrooms: Wardrobes (internal & external), dusting of ceiling fans, and inside drawers/shelves.
✔ Floors: Professional vacuum and mop of all accessible areas including edges.
✔ All Rooms: Touch points (switches, handles & power points), doors and surrounds, skirting boards, window tracks, window sills, cobweb removal, light fittings (dusted/wiped), and air conditioning vents/filters.
✔ Kitchen: Benches, splash backs, sink/taps, cupboard interiors & exteriors, stovetop, oven (lightly soiled), appliances (lightly soiled), rangehood & filters, dishwasher (inside/outside/filters), and kickboards.
✔ Bathrooms: Showers (including screens & grout), toilets sanitised (including base & behind cistern), mirrors, basins/taps, bathtub, and exhaust fan covers.
✔ Laundry: Sink, surfaces, inside cupboards.

Appliance Standards: “Standard Inclusions” cover lightly soiled ovens and appliances (wipe-down of dust/fresh spills). Items with heavy grease or carbonised buildup require a Deep Clean add-on.

Access Requirements: Electricity and water must be active. The property must be empty of all furniture and rubbish prior to arrival.

Condition Surcharge: Extremely neglected properties may be moved to the Rescue Clean hourly rate. We will notify you before commencing work if this is required.
Additional Living areas/Bathrooms
Additional living areas and/or bathrooms above the standard inclusions of 2, will incur the following add on charges. These charges are not included in the standard price.
